For older students (middle and upper levels)
- Nuoret 1 og 2 on Kunnskapsfilm — youth documentary series about Kven identity and culture. Note: Nuoret 1 is also being released in a shorter four-part version on NRK.
Kvenfolkets dag — 16 March
Kven People’s Day is celebrated on 16 March every year. The Language Center encourages schools, kindergartens, and organisations to mark this day. Suggested activities include:
- Raising the Kven flag and explaining its symbolism
- Sharing stories about local and national Kven history
- Using Kven words or phrases in morning greetings
- Teaching about Kvens and other national minorities in Norway
- Presenting Kven music, literature, or traditional stories
- Collaborating with Kven institutions or resource persons
